We manufacture and supply tarps for all kinds of vehicles – not only for trucks and vans but also for semitrailers, trailers, containers, flatbed trucks and caddy trailers of all sizes. Our experience, quality materials and up-to-date production technology guarantee long service-life of each tarp that we make.
Manufacture
Each canvas is made to measure by welding technology according to the precise shape of the structure for which it is provided. Stressed zones are reinforced by two layers of the material. The actual manufacturing of tarps is done by heat guns and automatic machines from PVC built-up polyester fabric (heavy duty PVC tarpaulin) with varnish paint over. Varnished truck tarps look better, are easier to clean, keep their original colour for longer and offer more possibilities for printing than canvases without varnish.
Material
Fabrics for vehicle tarp manufacturing are characterised by high strength and perfect resistance to climatic conditions and rain. They guarantee good light penetrability, they are self-extinguishing and resistant to UV rays and mould. Vehicle tarps are made of SIOEN heavy duty PVC tarpaulin with the grammage 630 - 900 g/m². Wide range of the grammage guarantees that we can manufacture vehicle tarps and other tarps for various purposes and satisfy broad spectrum of customer requirements. Colour rendition of the tarps is given by current colour samples below. We also offer non-flamable tarps (flammable class C1) which meet high requirements on vehicle tarp heat resistance according to DIN 4102 B1.

- Vehicle tarp with higher grammage – SIOEN B 9000, fabric with built-up PVC paint-over, 100% PES (thread count 9×9), grammage 680 g/m², double-side varnish, water-resistant, self-extinguishing, light-penetrable, resistant to UV rays and mould (tensile strength 3000 N/5 cm, thermal resistance -30/+70 °C). - Vehicle tarp for truck trailers (roll-down) – SIOEN B 6000 Panama, fabric with built-up PVC paint-over, 100% PES (thread count 12×12), grammage 900 g/m², double-side varnish, water-resistant, self-extinguishing, light-penetrable, resistant to UV rays and mould (tensile strength 4000 N/5 cm, thermal resistance -30/+70 °C). We can provide any vehicle tarp with advertising printing, including graphic design. When applying the graphic for vehicle tarp printing, we use stencilling or digital printing with lamination. We also repair vehicle tarps (both old and new ones).
