Manufacturing
Shading effect on direct sunshine is 75 % to 82 % while maintaining optimal light penetrability. Nets are tailor-made according to customer′s specification. These shading nets guarantee economic and effective solution of shading from unfavourable phenomena with long service life exceeding 10 years.
Material
Netting used for shading is made of fabric with PVC built-up SIO-LINE canvas of 100% PES, double-sided PVC built-up, grammage 250 g/m², material M 5509 or M6602 – double-sided varnish, self-extinguishing, shading effect 75 %, possible up to 82 %, resistant to UV rays and mould (tensile strength 1900 – 2250 N/5 cm, thermal resistance –30/+70 °C). Flammability class is C3, optionally class C1. Colour rendition of netting – see below.
Use
- Nets against wind to mobile quadro structures (so-called music stage)
- Shade cloth for balconies and enclosed balconies in high-rise blocks and apartment blocks which can be drawn aside
- Shading canvases of external terraces by houses anchored in their own structure
- Shading canvases of both external and internal parts of glass atria
- Shading canvases to be hung on fences in order to ensure optical separation from external areas
- Shading canvases stretched to frames, both horizontally and vertically
