Shelters and pergolas Forum SIGMA are formed by modular system comprising steel, alluminium or wooden structures with surface finish and fabric canvas. They serve especially for roofing of terraces and outside seatings. Suitable for year-round operation.
Manufacturing
We tailor-make steel, alluminium and wooden structures composed of mutually fixly connected segments comprising one compact set. These structures serve for permanent roofing of various areas but can also be permanently connected with the building. Suitable for year-round operation. We produce mainly tailor-made roof canvases according to customer′s specifications.
Material
All structural parts are provided with surface finish: alluminium profiles by anodization, steel parts by galvanization, wooden beams by staining. Sailcloth canvas is stretched to the structures usually by expanders and forms therefore a compact impermeable surface. The canvas is made of varnished PVC buil-up polyester fabric (heavy duty PVC tarpaulin) characterised by high strength and perfect resistance to climatic conditions and rain. They guarantee good light penetrability and colourfastness. Colour rendition of the canvas can be specified according to current colour sample books. Side parts may be provided with windows made of special frost-resistant foil. Service life of the canvas is approx. 10 years; for top materials up to 25 years. Service life of the structure is at least 30 years.
